The Justice in chambers, Ceaineh D. Clinton-Johnson, has called Judge Willie for a conference based on his ruling denying Samuel D. Tweah, Nyanti Tuan, Stanley Ford, Jefferson Karmoh and D. Moses P. Cooper.
Writ states that “By directive of her honor Clinton-Johnson, Associate Justice presiding in chambers, you are hereby citied to a conference with her honor on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 am, in connection with the above captained case”.
The Writ of prohibition was filed in by Samuel D. Tweah, Nyanti Tuan, Stanley Ford, Jefferson Karmoh and D. Moses P. Cooper lawyers after Judge Willie denied their Motion to dismiss the indictment.
